This was our first home purchase in Canada. Asim was very accessible, arranged viewings as required, accompanied us at each property and was available to answer our queries, no matter how asinine they may be. Asim was knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in our decision making. We never felt rushed or pressured. He would also help bring things to our consideration that we would not have thought of when evaluating buying opportunities. On the property we purchased Asim helped get our offer to the Seller fairly quickly which helped secure a purchase agreement and also helped negotiate a material discount post signing as we went through our due diligence process. Asim is also a good repository for other related information. He was able to refer property inspectors for the presale process and contractors for post purchase renovations that we had wanted completed. It has been a year since we purchased our home and I have found he remains in touch and very available in this context.
